2. If possible, attach a recent photograph with your application.

3. Include a money order (no personal checks), or pay by credit card or PayPal here:

4. Your JKDA membership certificate, new member packet, and subscription to the JKDA newsletter will be sent to you within a few days.

$50 for United States membership

$60 for International membership

5. Memberships are from January to January and must be renewed each year (renewal fee is $30), and each year a new JKDA membership certificate is issued to the member.
